Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Texas Steel Products Inc. (“Texas Steel Products,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through www.tsptruck.com or directly with our sales team.
1. Free Shipping Within the Contiguous United States
Texas Steel Products Inc. covers standard shipping costs to authorized distributors within the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States for qualifying orders of USD $2,000 or more.
Certain large, bulky, or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges due to special handling, freight class, or carrier requirements. These charges, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to shipment or at checkout.
Texas Steel Products Inc. maintains pre-negotiated discounted carrier rates to provide cost-effective delivery options. Some products may not be eligible for international shipment, and geographic or regulatory restrictions may apply.
2. Same-Day Shipping
Same-day shipping is available for all in-stock items for orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically occurs within 2–3 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and service level selected. Estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Weight-Based Shipping
Shipping rates for many items are calculated on a weight basis. Individual product weights are listed on the applicable product detail pages.
All shipping weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound in accordance with carrier billing practices and policies.
4. Local Delivery and Will-Call (Discretionary)
From time to time, Texas Steel Products Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer local delivery for certain authorized distributors located within reasonable proximity of a Texas Steel Products warehouse location.
Any such local delivery arrangements are provided as a courtesy only, are not guaranteed, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Will-call pickup may be made available for in-stock items on orders placed before 3:00 PM CST. Will-call availability, pickup timing, and eligibility are subject to confirmation and warehouse operating hours.
5. Shipping Liability and Risk of Loss
While Texas Steel Products Inc. makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders, we do not guarantee delivery dates.
Risk of loss and title to goods pass to the buyer once the goods leave our facility or are tendered to the shipping carrier, whichever occurs first.
Texas Steel Products Inc. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, acts of nature, labor disruptions, governmental actions, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Damage, Loss, and Carrier Claims
Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier in accordance with the carrier’s policies and time limits.
Texas Steel Products Inc. will reasonably assist customers in facilitating carrier claims when requested, but does not assume liability for carrier-related loss or damage.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Steel Products Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, loss, or damage, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or business interruption.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Texas Steel Products Inc. is not responsible for misdirected shipments, delivery failures, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer.
9. Policy Changes
Texas Steel Products Inc. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.
